Our adult Gym memberships start from £29 per month. These are payable on a month by month basis via standing order, therefore no commitment is required.

Opening times and sessions may vary from site to site, however by taking a membership out with Denbighshire Leisure you will have access to all 8 of our facilities.

• To help get you started you will receive your very own Personal Fitness Plan. In a regularly reviewed one-to-one sessions your instructor will work with you to create a workout tailored towards your goal.
• Track your workout using our TechnoGym Wellness system and cloud*. The Wellness System will help you follow and view your personal goals, exercise programmes and progress. When inserted into the equipment, the machine starts automatically and you will be presented with your very own personalised routine to follow.
• Receive 1 month free for every friend you refer

Fitness Suite
Traing with the latest TechnoGym equipment, used by Olympic and professional athletes to maintain their fitness. Your programme is stored on your personal Wellness key; this tracks your progression and helps you to achieve your goals.* In addition we have friendly, professional qualified staff on hand to offer advice and support.

Group Exercise Classes
We deliver over 80 excellent classes across the county; all of which are included with a Classes or Total Gym Membership.

Swimming Pool
Public Swimming Sessions are available on a daily basis and include provision for lanes swimming.
