Step Moves is a high impact high energy exercise that is suitable for everyone aged 16 and over and all fitness levels. Your instructor will help you work at a level and choose movement s that are suitable for your ability and targets.
However, if you have an ongoing medical condition or injury you should consult with your GP or medical practitioner before beginning a new exercise programme.
You should wear comfortable, flexible clothes that let you move easily. Avoid very baggy clothes and bear in mind you may get very warm. You should wear trainers that give you adequate support and stability.
You don’t need to bring any equipment – just a water bottle to stay hydrated and a towel if you wish.
Step Moves classes are available at our centre in Rhyl.
