What is Total Body Tone?

Total Body Tone is a fun, effective workout that combines easy to follow cardio moves with targeted body shaping exercises.  It uses a combination of pushes, pulls and lifts to target every area of the body.

 What will it do for me?

Total Body Tone will improve overall fitness, help burn fat and help tone each area of the body.

Is it right for me?

Total Body Tone is suitable for everyone aged 16 and over and all fitness levels as your instructor can vary the class to suit your ability. However, if you have an ongoing medical condition or injury you should consult with your GP or medical practitioner before beginning a new exercise programme.

What should I wear?

You should wear comfortable, flexible clothes that let you move easily.  Avoid very baggy clothes and bear in mind you may get very warm.  You should wear trainers that give you adequate support and stability.

What else should I bring?

You don’t need to bring any equipment – just a water bottle to stay hydrated- you may want to bring a towel too.

Where does this class take place?

Total Body Tone classes are available at our centre in Rhyl and Denbigh.

When does this class take place?

You can check when all our classes are on our timetable. It is advisable to book for all classes.
