Welcome back everyone, it’s been great to see so many customers returning to our leisure centres.
Since reopening, restrictions on numbers to comply with social distancing, together with high demand has meant classes and sessions have filled quickly, and some customers have had difficulty accessing our gyms, classes and swimming pools at peak times.
The easing of restrictions has now given us an opportunity to review our Covid safe processes, and we will be making some changes to allow us to safely accommodate more people within our sessions and classes.
We are constantly monitoring Welsh Government guidance and reviewing our Covid safe processes, and will make more places and activities available as soon as the guidance allows.
Further details are available below.
Our priority and commitment remains to keeping you and our staff safe, whilst delivering the best possible customer experience.
