The workshop focuses on mental well-being and seeks to provide participants with tools and techniques to manage stress, anxiety, and other common challenges! It will be led by breathwork professional Jane Horan who has undertaken extensive training at various accredited training schools, and obtained Diploma level Certification in many holistic therapies.
