Every member of the DLL team is fully committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences for our all of our guests. They will always strive to treat our guests with courtesy and respect, and we ask that our guests treat them in the same way. We will not tolerate any bad language, abuse, threats or intimidation towards any member of staff, whether that be in-person, over the telephone or online. Anyone behaving in this manner towards our staff will be asked to leave and may be refused entry to all DLL facilities
