New technology and leisure app launching across all Denbighshire Leisure Ltd sites
Leisure members across the company will be the first to use the new state of the art fitness app launching by Denbighshire Leisure Ltd
Customers will be able to scan a QR code at site and gain fast track entry into the fitness suite or exercise classes.
The new app, which will work as a digital membership card, will run alongside a new front of house management system that is going live at the end of March.
The new technology will modernise the customer journey, build a more integrated experience for members and also make the online joining process paper-free.
Customers and members of Denbighshire Leisure will be contacted in due course about the roll out of the new systems.
How to download:
The new Denbighshire Leisure app is now available on the Apple App Store and Google Play to download!
By downloading our app you will be able to book classes, manage your membership, and check-in to our clubs and leisure centres, replacing the self-service kiosks we currently use across our sites from 30th March.
To register for use of the app, simply follow the steps below:
- Visit this link and click the Register button https://denbighshireleisure.legendonlineservices.co.uk/enterprise/account/login
- Input your e-mail address, the same one as your membership account and choose a password for your registration. Once done – click the terms and conditions to accept, and click ‘Register’.
- You will receive an e-mail asking you to verify your registration. Click the ‘Click Here to Complete’ link – then enter your new password when prompted
- You will need to enter your member number and the date of birth on your account. If you don’t know your member number, please contact bookings@denbighshireleisure.co.uk. Once you’ve entered this information, click confirm.
- Once you have successfully registered, you can use these details to log into the new Denbighshire Leisure app. Simply download the app, select your site, click the ‘My Bookings’ icon and use the log in details you’ve created to log into the app.
