Nova is fast becoming the top destination of choice on the North East coast for people to train, eat and now they can play too! This new adventure play area is about creating an exceptional unrivalled play experience.
The brand new spectacular play area is bigger, taller and is packed with more than the previous play structure at Nova, and includes a new ice-cream factory and adventure play café to relax and refuel after playing.
The pirate theme adventure play includes two slides, features climbing, soft play, lots of fun obstacles and a dedicated toddler play area, catering for all children up to the age of 10, or 1.2m tall.
We cannot wait for everyone to come and enjoy this new experience, but please bear with us as we still have some finishing touches to put together, including new furniture and theming which we hope will be in place for the Easter holidays!
Staying Safe and Having Fun in Adventure Play
- Please remember that children remain the responsibility of the accompanying adult at all times.
- Staff only supervise the correct use of the equipment and do not take responsibility for your children. Please supervise your children at all times.
- Disruptive or destructive behaviour will not be tolerated. Good behaviour is expected at all times.
- No chewing or bubble gum please.
- Absolutely no food or drink allowed within the play area.
- Please do not consume your own food or drink within our premises.
- Socks must be worn at all times by anyone entering the play area. Socks are on sale at the play counter.
- Long sleeves and trousers are recommended for safe play. Removal of all hard objects such as watches or belt buckles is also recommended.
- No shoes within the play area.
- Please feel free to take pictures of your children whilst having fun… we do ask that any pictures you take, don’t include anybody else’s children. Management reserves the right to ask you to delete any pictures we find inappropriate or to stop taking pictures altogether.
- Please leave all valuables at home. We cannot accept liability for loss, damage or theft of personal items.
- Children who feel unwell must not use the play area.
- Only children under 4 years and under 1m tall are allowed in the ‘Toddler’ area.
- Maximum height restriction of 148cm in ‘Main’ play area.
- Please inform us if your child has any sort of accident, however minor – one of our trained first aid team will attend.
- Please take care that money or valuable items do not fall out of pockets during play. If glasses are worn, slow down and take extra care.
- In case of problems, please talk to a member of staff.
- Management reserves the right to refuse entry at all times.
