Craft Centre Café reopening in Ruthin after full refurbishment
Café R in Ruthin is undergoing a full refurbishment and is planned to reopen this September.
In addition to the building refurbishment, Denbighshire Leisure are busy working on another exciting element of the new Café R, a delicious new menu to include a range of local produce and tasty dishes.
The company are delighted with their long term plans for the café, in which they see the eatery evolving beyond its current daytime offering, into a venue of choice for both daytime and evening dining for residents and visitors. A recruitment campaign will also be underway shortly, as the project will generate a number of new job vacancies.
Jamie Groves, Managing Director of Denbighshire Leisure Ltd, said: “The team at Denbighshire Leisure are very excited for the reopening Café R, particularly in light of the difficulties experienced by the hospitality sector over the past year. We are now delighted to announce that we have recently commissioned a full refurbishment of Café R, with reopening planned for September 2021 and are also delighted that the project will create more employment, with a number of positions going out to advertisement very soon.”
“On completion of this project, we expect Café R to be in a position to offer a high quality dining experience, both indoors and outdoors, and from Easter next year there is potential to extend opening hours into the evening. We are confident that the refurbished Café R will continue to be a huge asset to the Craft Centre and the town of Ruthin, drawing in both residents and visitors alike.”
Further details of the reopening will be updated on the Denbighshire Leisure Ltd website and social media.
