Denbighshire Leisure Ltd (DLL) are blown away with the response to the release of over 600 free waterpark tickets at SC2.

After releasing the tickets online to local residents to experience SC2 indoor waterpark in exciting ‘taster days’ ahead of the opening next month, all the tickets were snapped up in less than 30 minutes.

Over the weekend of 28th – 29th June, DLL are inviting local residents for free to enjoy the waterpark as a ‘taster’ for what’s to come this Summer when the waterpark opens to the public.

This exclusive local loyalty weekend will be purely for the community to come and experience the waterpark ahead of Summer, as a thank you for their support during the time the waterpark was closed for maintenance.

Jamie Groves, Managing Director at DLL, said: “We have had a really tough 18 months with the waterpark being closed and we cannot thank our local community enough for their support during this difficult time. We have decided to open the indoor waterpark for two days and give away over 600 tickets for free to show our gratitude for their support, and for them to come and see the waterpark in all it’s glory – plus a few new exciting additions too in our Rainforest Diner! Our team at SC2 is really excited to be welcoming everyone back to our much loved Waterpark, and we are looking forward to another fabulous summer in Rhyl!  As promised, SC2 is back bigger and better than before, so we can’t wait to see the Waterpark full of happy faces and families making memories once more!”

For those looking to Splash into their Summer holidays, online bookings for the indoor waterpark are now open from 5th July.

DLL are also delighted to share that the SC2 Splash Pad is back for Summer 2025 and DLL will be announcing more details on this soon.
