Inductions
Before your start, you’ll need to take a 30 minute induction where a Fitness Instructor will show you how to to safely use all the equipment you’re allowed to use and which equipment you shouldn’t be using. Once you’ve completed your session, your instructor will sign you off and you’re free to use the gym during the times assigned. Not only will this ensure you can use the gym safely, but it will help you get the most from your workouts too. An induction is mandatory before any sessions can be booked. Please phone your local site to book a time slot to sign up and be inducted on the same day. Please note, inductions are not always guaranteed on the day of sign up if not booked in advance.
All junior members will need complete a Health Commitment Statement signed by parent/guardian.
