Armed Forces Day recognises all branches of the forces for their hard work, dedication and efforts to keep us safe in the UK and across the globe.    The Skytower, Pavilion Theatre and promenade bus shelters will be lit in red, white and blue in support of those who make up the Armed Forces community, from currently serving troops to Service families, veterans, reservists and cadets.

Jamie Groves, Managing Director of Denbighshire Leisure Ltd said “Denbighshire Leisure Ltd are proud to celebrate Armed Forces Day by lighting up the promenade in Rhyl.  We are delighted to take this opportunity to offer our heartfelt thanks to the many armed forces personnel who are busy working around the world, often putting their lives at risk on behalf of us all.

“In lighting up Denbighshire Leisure’s facilities in Rhyl, we would like everyone in Denbighshire to join us in paying tribute to all members of the Armed Forces community, whatever their role is or has been. We owe them all a huge debt of gratitude, and are pleased to be able to support them on this important national occasion.”
