Denbighshire Leisure Ltd will be hosting two fanzone events at Rhyl Town Hall next month, as Wales begin their World Cup campaign in Qatar.

As the World Cup finals draw closer and excitement builds across the nation, many Wales fans won’t be able to make the 3000+ mile trip to enjoy their team’s first World Cup since 1958.  So for those planning to watch at home this winter, Denbighshire Leisure Ltd are making sure fans don’t miss a minute of the action with two fanzone events taking place at Rhyl Town Hall.

With a 15ft TV screen, entertainment with DJ Owain Llyr, choir singing ‘Yma O Hyd’ before the match, bar and a range of 1891’s famous burgers and pizzas on sale, fans can enjoy the matches in style.

The fanzone events will take place on Monday 21st November – v USA and Tuesday 29th November – v England.  Both matches kick off at 7pm and doors will open at 6pm. Admission will be £2 on the door.

Managing Director of Denbighshire Leisure Ltd, Jamie Groves said “We’re all used to watching the World Cup during the warm, summer months, so next month’s event in Qatar will be something different for most football fans.  We are really excited to host two fanzone events at Rhyl Town Hall, as it’s the perfect indoor venue to enjoy some fabulous football.  We’ve got everything you need for the perfect occasion, and we’re really looking forward to creating a great atmosphere for our customers, and hosting an event everyone will enjoy!”
