An exciting new immersive cycling experience is coming to Rhyl and St Asaph this March.

Xtreme Group Cycle is launching at Rhyl Leisure and St Asaph X20, bringing members state of the art technology, and of course, our friendly team of highly qualified instructors will be waiting to inspire and motivate.

With a merger of design and technology, Xtreme Group Cycle delivers a mix of high performance and innovation to your indoor cycling experience.  Sessions are performed on stationary indoor bikes, but the immersive large screen and high energy environment means you can see, hear and feel the ride.  Group Cycle is the perfect exercise for building core strength, and improving cardiovascular health, while also being low impact on the joints.

Jamie Groves, Managing Director of Denbighshire Leisure Ltd, said: “We’re really excited to bring the next level of cycling to our members, and with two fantastic studios and state of the art equipment, we are sure this will be a cycling experience like no other.  Despite the challenges of the last twelve months, everyone at Denbighshire Leisure Ltd has remained determined to keep bringing our customers the same excellent levels of service and we have used our downtime to invest in and develop our facilities even further to bring our members this exclusive experience when we re-open.”

With three exciting forms available, Xtreme Group Cycle will have over 30 classes across the two sites per week and is the complete riding experience, as close as possible to the outdoor reality.  Perfect for training with your team, tracking your RPM, working out together with friends, or getting back on the bike after the lockdown.

Xtreme Group cycle at both St Asaph X20 and Rhyl Leisure is available as a standalone membership or add on to any Denbighshire Leisure membership.
