    Terms & conditions

    If you wish to suspend your membership for a short period, please be aware of the following, which are part of your membership terms and conditions.

    • We require 10 days' notice, to enable us to suspend your membership.

    • The minimum period you can suspend your membership for is 1
      month.

    • The maximum period you can suspend your membership for is 3 months.

    • For a suspension to be put in place you must complete this online form, following completion you will receive a confirmation email from us. If this confirmation email is not received by yourself, please get in touch as this will mean your suspension request has not been actioned. All suspension requests will be actioned from your next available payment date.

    • We will arrange to suspend your payments - please do not cancel your Direct Debit at the bank.

    Please note: Your membership will automatically reactivate following your agreed suspension period. If you do not want to continue your membership please contact memberships@denbighshireleisure.co.uk.

      • For a change to be made to your membership you must complete this online form, following completion you will receive a confirmation email from us.       How do I download the DLL App?

      Simply search for the Denbighshire Leisure app on the App store (Apple or Android) and follow the on- screen instructions.  Once the app is up and running, first time users will need to register, using the same email address that is linked to your membership, and by creating a password.

      How do I book a class?

      The quickest and easiest way to book a class is via the DLL app.  From the app, please select your preferred leisure site and click the Bookings icon.  You will then be able to see all availability for that site. Choose the class you wish to attend and click Book Now.  Any bookings you make will appear in the My Bookings section.

      How do I change my payment details?

      The quickest and easiest way to change your payment details is via the DLL app.  From the app select Manage My Membership.  If prompted, choose Log in to my Account, and from there click the 3 lines at the top right of the page.  You can then choose Account Details, Billing, then Regular Payments.  You will then be able to see your current payment details.  Choose Edit, and input your new account details.

      What are push notifications?

      When you download the app, you will be asked if you would like to accept push notifications. We advise you to keep these turned on, as we send through important updates through the push notification method.

      How do I change my payment date?

      The quickest and easiest way to change your payment date is via the DLL app.  From the app select Manage My Membership, followed by Change my Membership and then complete the online form. You will need to input your membership details along with the change you require – please select Change Direct Debit payment (please note are direct debit dates are 1st or 15th only).  Once completed, please ensure you click Send at the bottom of the page.

      How do I change my membership category?

      The quickest and easiest way to change your membership category is via the DLL app.  From the app select Manage My Membership, followed by Change my Membership and then complete the online form. You will need to input your membership details along with the change you require – please select Change Membership Category.  Once completed, please ensure you click Send at the bottom of the page.

      How long can I suspend my membership for?

      You can suspend your membership for a minimum of 1 month, up to maximum of 3 months in any 12 month period.  Please note suspensions can only begin/end on your normal payment date.

      How do I cancel my membership?

      If you would like to cancel your membership with us, please email our Memberships Team on memberships@denbighshireleisure.co.uk Please note we do not accept cancellations via any other method. 

      How do I suspend my membership?

      The quickest and easiest way to suspend your membership is via the DLL app.  From the app select Manage My Membership, followed by Suspend my Membership and then complete the online form.  You will need to enter your membership details, the date you wish the suspension to start from (this can only be from your payment date), the reason you wish to suspend and the length of suspension (choose from the dropdown).  Please ensure you read the T&Cs and click Send at the bottom of the form.

      Can I book classes at different sites?

      With a DLL membership, you can use any DLL site. To book a class please see our section How do I book a class?

      Can I attend different sites?

      Yes! Subject to your membership type, you can use fitness facilities and group exercise classes at any DLL site. Please note that facilities and Group Exercise classes vary from site to site.

      I have a Junior membership, can I attend the gym by myself?

      Yes, but only within the dedicated supervised sessions available.  Please note there are limited spaces available, so booking is always advised. Please check the DLL app or our website for availability at your site and follow the same process as How do I book a class?

      Please note – due to the popularity of our sessions, only Nova junior members are able to attend supervised sessions at Nova.  We are currently unable to accept junior members from other sites.   

      I have a Junior membership, can I come to the gym at any time with an adult?

      Yes! If you are accompanied by a paying parent or guardian you can attend the gym at any time.  Please note the ratio is strictly one adult/two juniors.

      Please note – due to the popularity of our sessions, only Nova junior members are able to attend sessions at Nova.  We are currently unable to accept junior members from other sites.
