Brace yourselves for a night of side-splitting laughter and comedic brilliance as the one and only Rhod Gilbert announces his highly anticipated live tour, ‘Rhod Gilbert & the Giant Grapefruit.’

Rhod Gilbert, a household name in the world of comedy, is renowned for his razor-sharp wit and relatable humour and is back on stage after a hiatus from touring following treatment for neck and head cancer.

The much-loved comedian is back with a brand new show that promises to have audiences howling.  This uproarious event is set to take centre stage at Rhyl Pavilion Theatre, 8pm Wednesday 20th November, 2024.

Rhod Gilbert said about his new tour “After the year I’ve had it’s wonderful to be alive and going back on the road. I can’t wait to get back on stage and I’m ready to get way too personal about life’s recent ups and downs. When life gives you lemons, you have to squeeze them ’til the comedy juice flows, so prepare for some dark but funny s***”.

Jamie Groves, Managing Director of Denbighshire Leisure Ltd (DLL) said “We are glad to see that Rhod Gilbert is back doing what he does best and are thrilled to welcome him back to Rhyl Pavilion Theatre after his last show with us was so well received. We have a fantastic line up of Comics coming to Rhyl Pavilion Theatre over the next year with Adam Rowe, Fascinating Aida, Tom Allen and Paul Smith to name a few. Having our theatre chosen as a touring destination for big comedy names like Rhod Gilbert, once again helps put Rhyl on the map.”
