Workout in the gym, at home or in the park!
1. Squat Arm Rotation – Face each other, holding opposite hands. Both complete a squat and swap hands as you stand. Repeat 10 x each side.
2. Plank Claps – Both hold a plank position facing each other (on knees or toes). Keeping your plank position still, clap opposite hands with your partner. Repeat 10 x each hand
3. Ball sit ups – Lying with bent knees, feet touching. Hold a light medicine ball (or any ball you have at home) at your chest (or overhead for a more advanced move) and as you sit up, pass the ball to your partner who rolls back to the floor and then passes back as you complete the sit up. Repeat 10 x each
4. Rotating Ball Pass – Stand back to back with a single medicine (or any ball or weight you have at home). Rotate at the waist to pass the ball to your partner who completes the turn to pass to you on the other side. Repeat 10 x each direction
